Thank you for taking the time to read this landlords update. We hope always to ensure that our landlords are completely up to date with legislation and requirements - taking away any worries or concerns from our managed landlords, who can rest easy in the knowledge that their properties are in good hands.
Legislation continues to change - and increase - in the residential lettings sector, to remove safety concerns for those who rent from landlords whose houses are not to standard.
We welcome this legislation and therefore the safety of those people living in rented accommodation. We hope that you find the articles in this update useful. If you have any questions or concerns, or there are subjects that you would like us to spotlight in future editions, please get in contact.
