Rural & Property Round Up

Rural & Property Round Up

We have had a very busy start to August, with lots going on in each of our departments.

Our Rural team have launched several interesting properties onto the market, including a new equestrian property and an attractive fishing enterprise in Warwickshire.

In other news, we enjoyed a very busy day at Blakesley Show on the 4th. It was great to see so many familiar faces and meet lots of new people too. Our last show of the summer is Ashbourne Show, which we will be attending tomorrow (Saturday 18th August). If you're going to be there, do come and join us for a drink and a chat at our stand, we’d love to see you.

Our Residential team are still in the midst of the busy summer period and have been enjoying showing houses in the glorious sunny weather. We are proud to be marketing some stunning properties this month, including our “Featured Property”, a beautiful character cottage in Greens Norton, which you can find out more about below.

Our Planning team are working on a wide variety of projects, including some interesting farm diversification schemes. If you need advice on planning and development, you can visit our website to find out more about how our experts can help you.

Our Lettings team have also been very busy, with plenty of new tenants moving into rental properties as the summer draws to a close. We’re also excited to launch a landlord referral scheme this month, in which our residential landlords can earn £200 for each referral. You can find out more about how to get involved via our website

Our Commercial team are delighted to have brought some exciting new prospects to market this month. As always, they are also busy supporting landlords and tenants, as well as offering expert advice on commercial planning and development.
