RuralĀ & Property Round Up

The warm weather isn’t slowing us down at Howkins & Harrison – all our departments continue to be very busy as the month draws to a close.

Our rural team have launched an exciting new development opportunity onto the market, in the popular Leicestershire village of Swinford (which you can read more about below). Auctions continue at pace and we are now gearing up for Blakesley Show on Saturday 4th August. We’re hoping the good weather will hold till then!

Our Planning Team have been working on a wide variety of projects, whilst keeping abreast with the newly-published revised National Planning Policy Framework, and the opportunities it could present to our rural clients. If you need advice on planning and development, you can visit our website to find out how our team of experts can help you.

Our Residential team are delighted to announce a donation of £500 to Sponne School through our “For Schools” programme. For each house sold through the programme, a donation of £500 is made to the school. If you’re interested in selling your house and raising money for Sponne School, do give us a call on 01788 564666 or click here to find out more.

Our Lettings team have this month been delighted to receive several messages from both landlords and tenants thanking us for our high standard of customer service. We always strive to be the best at what we do, and it’s great to hear from happy customers.

Our Commercial team have launched some exciting new properties onto the market, and as ever, they are busy supporting landlords and tenants, as well as giving expert advice on commercial planning and development.
