Hello,

With the good weather finally upon us, we are well into our busy summer period here at Howkins & Harrison. This month we have enjoyed showing lots of visitors around the stunning show home at the new Grange Gardens development on the edge of Cawston. The show home is now open every weekend for viewings from 11am - 4pm, and weekday viewings can be arranged by appointment through our Rugby office. I would highly recommend having a look; the houses are beautifully designed for family living and are finished to the very highest standard.

We also have lots of auctions coming up this summer. The next one is at Home Farm, Hampton-in-Arden on the 24^th of May. This is primarily a farm dispersal sale, but there will also be furniture for sale from the adjoining bed and breakfast, which could prove useful if you’re moving into your first home and have lots of rooms to furnish.
