We wish to pass on our heartfelt thanks to you all for the patience and understanding that you have shown our teams during the past months, as we have had to find new ways to work, dealt with ever changing goalposts and with tenants facing furlough and redundancy. As we write, we hope that the worst is now behind us and that we can now move forward once again. 

There has been significant change to property lettings legislation in recent years and the changes continue to arrive, thick & fast. Those who are signed up to our part and fully managed service, we will apply all changes as a matter of course. Those on our other contracted and non-contracted services, please ensure that your properties are meeting all legislative requirements, or call you local office to discuss the option to move to our fully managed service.
