We also specialise in the production of RICS Red Book Valuations for the purpose of:

Compensation and Compulsory Purchase
As a landowner, we can work with you on negations of entry, as well as compensation matters for pipelines, wayleaves, highway schemes and HS2.
Option and Promotion Agreement
We can work with you on promoting a site via the Strategic Housing Availability Assessment, to tendering and negotiating terms for promotion and options agreements.
Finance
We are agents for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, and we work closely with a number of High Street lenders to help you find the right funding solution for your project.
